Niece's birthday

My niece is gonna have her birthday tonight. To be exact, it is her first birthday. She's turning one. Anyway, I'm not sure whether it is the exact day today. Well, nevertheless hope I can enjoy it.... Well, I never mentioned did I? I'd never excel in social communication, so I'd usually get left out during events and ocasions like this. I just don't mingle well. I tend to sit (or stand) at a corner and remain there for the rest of the event. How boring.... I really hope I'd get the courage to actually mingle with the others, but.... haiz....

Alien, on the way to the birthday do we know that the birthday is for two person. My nephew, which is a Malay will celebrate his birthday too.(why do I mention he is Malay? You'll know later). Bummer, now I'll have an even harder time during the so-called-party. There's definitely gonna be a lot of people. As expected, there were a lot of people there. However, unexpectedly (the reason as to why I mentioned he is Malay), there is a "doa selamat" session. Well, it wasn't that bad actually except that there was too many people by then that we practically can't move around.

So, what to do? My dad and uncle escape - go for a stroll until everyone else left they say. Me? I ran to the kitchen to join my mum, aunt and cousins. There, in the kitchen, we celebrate my niece's birthday in silent (how sad, but what to do? We're celebrating in my nephew's house. He should have the priority, plus he's leaving for Politeknik Kuching - the reason for the "doa")

Well, when I have the time, I'll post the picture of the mini birthday we had in the kitchen.
